Google Maps

Google Maps leads with verified emails.

Pick any country, type your cities and a keyword. Glintscout finds the businesses on Google Maps, looks for an email on each one's own website and verifies every address. Only valid ones reach your CSV.

  • 5 credits per search
  • Up to 100 companies per search
  • Any country, any city

What you get

A local business email list, verified row by row.

Each search returns businesses with the website they list on Google Maps. Directory, social and ad links are dropped, so email discovery looks at the business's own domain.

Every export has the same 12 columns, headed as above. Here Industry holds your keyword; names, positions and phone numbers are filled only when email discovery returns them.

How it works

How to extract businesses from Google Maps, in four steps.

Create a project with a country, cities and keywords, then run each step. Every button shows its price before it starts.

  1. Step 1: Search Google Maps

Each city and keyword pair is one search. Choose how many companies you want, up to 100.

    5 credits per search

  2. Step 2: Find their emails

Discovery looks for a business address on each company's own domain. No company is searched twice.

    3 credits per company

  3. Step 3: Verify every address

Each email gets one verdict: valid, invalid, catch-all or unknown. No email is sent to check it.

    1 credit per email

  4. Step 4: Export to CSV

Download the valid addresses and import them into any outreach tool.

One step fewer: Google Maps with website emails

Emails are collected from each business's own website during the search, and only places with an email are kept. There is no discovery step to pay for.

Example project

Example: dentists in three Texas cities.

A fictional SEO agency wants dental practices to pitch local search services. This is the project it sets up.

  • B2B suppliers

Reach every business in a trade across a region: parts for contractors, supplies for clinics.

  • Software for small businesses

Booking, invoicing and review tools work a territory city by city, one niche at a time.

What it costs

What a Google Maps list costs.

Prepaid credits, no subscription. Here is the example project at today's prices.

  • Each search is charged once, whatever it finds.
  • Later steps are charged on what the search returns, so fewer results cost less.
  • A search already run in the project is skipped and not charged.
  • Credits for undelivered work come back automatically.

FAQ

Google Maps leads: questions, answered.

How is this different from a Google Maps scraper?

A scraper stops at the list of places. Glintscout is an alternative to a Google Maps scraper that keeps going: it looks for an email on each business's own domain, verifies every address and exports only the valid ones, with nothing to install.

Is there a Google Maps email extractor built in?

Yes: pick Google Maps with website emails. Addresses are collected from each business's own website during the search, and only places with an email are kept. The standard Google Maps source finds emails in a separate discovery step.

Which countries and cities can I search?

Any country, and any city or town you type. Keywords are searched exactly as written, so use the country's language: “Zahnarzt” for Germany, “dentist” for the United States.

Which emails end up in my CSV?

Only addresses verified as valid. Invalid, catch-all and unknown ones stay out, and unknown ones can get an optional second check.

Can I use a Google Maps email list for cold email?

Yes, for B2B outreach within the laws that apply to you and the people you contact, such as GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM and CASL. Say who you are and honor every opt-out. The Acceptable Use Policy has the rules.
